Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal – Maniza Ibiza

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs arising from a different delivery method chosen by you), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever comes first.

Returns

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery

    (e.g. opened or used soaps, creams, or body butters)

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for you
