1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) via the online shop www.maniza-ibiza.com, operated by:

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in our online shop are not legally binding offers, but serve as an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button at checkout, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. The purchase contract becomes effective when we confirm your order or ship the goods.

3. Prices & Shipping

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (where relevant).

Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout.

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply – these are your responsibility.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Ibiza, Spain, to the delivery address you provide.

Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3–7 business days.

Please note: As our products are handcrafted in small batches, delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you by email if this happens.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Your order will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Maniza Ibiza until paid in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party authorized by you) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear written statement by email to: info@maniza-ibiza.com

Important Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery (e.g. soaps, creams, or body butters).

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for express or special delivery), within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Warranty

You are entitled to the legal warranty rights.

Please note: Due to the natural origin of our ingredients, small variations in scent, color, or texture are normal and do not constitute a defect.

9. Liability

We accept full liability for damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health.

For all other damages, we are only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent.

 

10. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

If you reside in the EU, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
